Each chalet is on a large pitch (around 300m²) Each installation is in a secluded spot , to ensure tranquility . There is private access for cars, without entrering the main campsite. These « second homes » are for hoidays and not main residence. Installed in a zone only for residents, they offer more privacy, more sun , and a great vue over Marciac, countryside and even the Pyrenees
Prices for finished chalet, ready to move in, equiped and connected to services (water, electricity) , you just need to bring you luggage
The size of the chalet is suitable for families, or couples who want to come out of season with the advantage of a large lounge. With 35m² living space and a covered terrace of 12m², giving a spacious chalet for 4 people.
There is an annual ground rent, payable 1st January and 1st July, which includes : pitch of around 300m², annual maintenance of the garden (done by the campsite). The servies offered include cutting the grass and emptying the rubbish bins at the site entrance. Also included in the rent : 20 cubic meters of water and 1200jwh of electricity
